London Junior Chess Championships
December 28th to 30th
Well done to the girls who entered the second weekend of the London Junior Chess Championships.
Shyanna Sivarajasingham entered the U12 Minor Section and scored 3/9 - a good achievement given that she was playing 3 years under age.
Emily competed in the U8 Section and finished on 3.5/7, just 1/2 a point behind the leading girls who scored 4/7. Venetia Sivarajasingham also competed in the U8, playing a year under age, and scored 2/7.
