The Welsh Chess Union has a limited number of invited places available in the 100th British Championship at Torquay (July 29th - August 11th). Anyone accepting an invited place must pay the entry fee themselves.

Due to the strength of the tournament players should be over 2000 ELO (U18 - 1900) or aspire to be so in the near future.
