Following qualification in a zonal round, Glamorgan sent under 9 and under 11 teams to the EPSCA county finals. The under 11s came 13th out of 17, and the under 9s came 11th out of 17. Participation by teams from Glamorgan in these events is relatively new, and all those involved will have gained valauble experience.

We congratulate Abergavenny on winning the Championship and retaining the title they won last year.
At present there are 7 teams in the competition. We invite applications so that the league will have its full quota of 8 teams next season. Anyone interested should contact Kevin Staveley (email@example.com) by 30th June to discuss.
All members need to be aware that the 2016 WCU AGM will be held on Wednesday June 29th at Pencoed Miners' Welfare Hall, Pencoed starting at 7.30pm.
The Men's and Women's teams for the forthcoming Olympiad have now been annoubced. Full details can be found below.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Full details of the event including schedule, format, deadlines and the cost of acconmmodation are available here. (The website address quoted in the document though seems incorrect).
Both the Wales Over 65s and Over 50s teams arived safely on 18th April. The venue and accommodation together with the food was outstanding.
Upon arrival John Fltcher asked to be transferred to the World Amateur Championships which his fellow Over 50s team members agreed with.
